Hello Dear One

My name is Asha, and I am so grateful that you are here. I am a life coach, psychedelic integration specialist, and holistic healing practitioner.

I am passionate about optimizing the health of our society through mind, body, and soul connection to embody our deepest expression of truth and joy.

I believe that we are all capable of creating the life of our dreams, and view the healing process as one of remembering, embracing, and unconditionally loving all parts of ourselves.

My specialty is supporting clients through non-ordinary states of consciousness, which can be induced by entheogenic medicines as well as impactful (including traumatic) life events. My goal is to help clients weave the beautiful teachings from these experiences into their everyday existence, and cultivate a deeper felt sense of love, presence, and awareness.

I guide clients on their journey of self-discovery using a range of powerful tools including plant medicines, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, yoga, tantra, and nature-based embodiment practices. With a lens of curiosity, compassion, and exploration, my intention is to cultivate a space that feels safe for others to listen to their inner knowing and find deep gratitude for their unique human experience.

My approach is holistic and trauma-informed; I draw upon my background in neuroscience, toxicology, holistic health, mindfulness, yoga, Ayurveda, and a blend of ancient spiritual practices that weave science and spirit. I am also a certified Addiction Recovery & Psychedelic Integration coach with degrees in Neuroscience (BS) and Toxicology (MS), and 15+ years of personal practice with mindfulness/meditation, yoga, and altered states of consciousness.

In addition to my private practice, I work as Guide Team Lead with Mindbloom, where I support clients through ketamine treatment for mental health, as well as support the Guides who support them. I also facilitate multi-day wellness retreats with Floresta, utilizing ketamine and legal indigenous medicines as tools for healing. For me, this work is a dream come true, and I am eternally grateful to be on this path. Thank you for being here with me!

Why Sadhana?

Sadhana is a Sanskrit term that refers to a spiritual practice, discipline, or way of life that leads to self-realization and inner transformation

Sadhana is a central pillar of my work as I believe that healing and transformation begins with practice.

It is often translated as "a means of accomplishing something" although the true essence of sadhana goes far beyond just achieving a specific goal. Sadhana is a way of being - a way of living with intention and purpose, and a way of connecting with the divine within and around us.

This way of being involves a dedicated, consistent effort toward inner reflection and growth. To me, sadhana is important because it motivates me to connect with my most authentic self and live a life that aligns with my values. It has provided me with a sense of direction, clarity, and inner peace that has transformed my life.

Much of my work involves helping my clients develop their own sadhana practice. What I LOVE about this is that there are a multitude of ways to practice, and it doesn't ever have to look a certain way. The beauty of sadhana is that it allows us to create a life we never could have imagined (in the best of ways!), and brings forth a sense of peace, joy, and love that we’ve always wanted.
